Thank you for your interest in supporting Westtown! Our school was founded on the philanthropy – including gifts of time, talent, and financial support — of Quakers over 200 years ago. The continuation and expansion of giving to Westtown since then has helped us remain one of the finest independent schools in the nation.  Family, alumni, and friends provide funding for Westtown’s day-to-day activities and for our long-term goals, which include expanding financial aid, increasing faculty compensation, building endowment, and improving the campus.

The Advancement Office leads all fundraising activities, alumni relations, and external communications for the School. We strive to communicate what is happening at the School, to explain current initiatives, and to communicate how members of our community can make a difference by making a gift to Westtown. This includes financial support as well as volunteer involvement. Please see Ways to Give to learn more about different ways to support the School. Whether it is to recognize the extraordinary experience you received as an alumnus,  make a difference in the education of your child or grandchild, or to help preserve Westtown’s essential mission, your gift will ensure that each of our students receives an excellent education that inspires and prepares them to be stewards and leaders of a better world.

We are deeply grateful for your interest in supporting our students! For questions about the advancement efforts of the School, please contact me at 610-399-7915 or at ellen.gilbert@westtown.edu for more information.
