Westtown Alumni Association
All Westtown graduates are members of the Alumni Association and are encouraged to attend the Association's annual meeting on the morning of Alumni Day to hear news of the School, participate in WAA business as needed, and rise with their classmates for the Roll Call of the Decades, a Westtown tradition for over 100 years.
The current Westtown Alumni Association (WAA) is in fact a result of the merging of two organizations, the Westtown Alumni Association formed in 1886, and the Old Scholars Association was organized 10 years later. The first public meeting of the combined bodies was held in the spring of 1919, and continues to this day. As Helen Hole notes in Westtown Through the Years, "The Alumni Association has given devoted support to the School and ministered both by devoted labor and financial aid to its needs on countless occasions."
