Alumni  - Frequently Asked Questions

Question: I’ve changed my name and/or my address. Whom do I notify at Westtown?
Answer: Click here to access your profile information in the Alumni Directory. Here you will be able to see the current information Westtown has for you, and make any changes necessary.

Question: How do I obtain a copy of my Westtown School Transcript?
Answer: Download a copy of the Transcript Request Form at http://www.westtown.edu/data/files/gallery/USForms/Alumni_Transcript_Request_Form.doc
.  Return a signed copy of the Form to Kathy Beatty in the College Counseling Office.

Question: What are my class’ plans for our upcoming reunion?
Answer: Please visit the Alumni Weekend section of our site to find all the information you need for your reunion.

Question: I am not able to make large donations to Westtown. What can my $10 do?
Answer: All gifts to Westtown are meaningful. Not only will your $10 be used to help sustain our programs, your gift will also help to increase our participation rate. When considering grants to Westtown, foundations and corporations look at the percentage of people who contribute to the school as a gauge for their support. The higher the participation rate, the greater the possibility that Westtown will receive grants.

Question: Will my annual gift to the Westtown Fund count as my class reunion gift?
Answer: All alumni are encouraged to participate in the Westtown Fund Campaign annually. Only the 25th and 50th reunions will contribute to a specific reunion gift that is designated to a restricted fund, chosen by their classmates. Westtown Fund gifts are a welcome addition. Gifts made by these two reunion classes to the Westtown Fund will be announced on Alumni Day, along with the 25th and 50th Reunion Gift totals. Class giving to the Westtown Fund made during other reunion years will be posted on Alumni Day.
